Surgical option for metastatic ovarian in chest wall?

Has anyone heard of, or had experience with having surgery associated as an option for metastatic epithelial ovarian cancer of the chest wall?  My wife has been treated with chemotherapy for a year and all we seem to be doing is treading water. It gets no better, and very slightly worse over time. Surgery as an option is never mentioned by her oncologist.  Does anyone have any thoughts on this?  Thank you.

Has anyone discussed radiotherapy? I had radiotherapy treatment for retroperitoneal area and axilla for Ovarian cancer 111c. I have been clear for 2 yrs & 9 mths now  my markers are slowly increasing.
