I was diagnosed with cancer that has metasticized to my peritoneum, from, it is strongly suspected, an unknown location in my GI tract. I also have prostate cancer that is still contained within the prostate bulb. The prostate cancer was diagnosed first acoupl of months ago, I started taking a supliment called Transfer Factor Plus, which the manufacturer claims, increases the number of macrophages produced by the immume system. My PSA count, which was 11, when I started taking TF+, is now 10. As this new threat is more pressing, I'm wondering if the macrophages will goto work on the cancer cells in my peritoneum.
I am currently looking for clinical trials to participate in.

Hi Michael,

I would check with the manufacturers on that one; if you check on 4life's website, you should get the number for such enquiries. Macrophages (big eaters) are one of a number of vital immune-stimulating components, so taking the product should make a beneficial difference to your health regardless.

Hi! I hope you are doing better. My father of 82 yrs. was diagnosed with prostate cancer 3 months ago with a PSA of 86.50. In June he started with proscar pills and they put an injection in his stomach (for part of treatment) it is for shrinking the inflammation. Still I know that what has brought his PSA. to only 6.00 in 2 months has been him finally starting to pray to God.

Michael, if you would go to the National Medical Library (www.PubMed.com) and type in Transfer Factor Plus, in the search bar, you will get a list of research/data on this product. Everyone should probably be using this as an assist to building up the immune system.
The research data shows a patient improvement using TFP with the patient's drug regimen. I wish you well.
