Hi Everybody,
I just found you a couple of hours ago. The monday before last,I found out I have secondary cancer in a lymph node on the right side of my neck. This past Monday, I had the right side of my neck opened up and they removed my lymph nodes and also found the "primary" source of the cancer, which was in my tonsils, (which they also removed).
Todays Saturday, I'm at home looking on the internet for info and I find you.(THANKFULLY!)
My docter tells me I will need to start radiation once I heal, and I'm wondering what to expect. I'm still in quite a bit of pain from Monday, but I need to think about whats comming.
I'm sorry, my bio: I'm a 47 yr old man who smoked for about 30 years until 2 weeks ago. I've always considered myself healthy,(ex smoking), but now there is SO MUCH, SO FAST!
Thanks in advance for any info.
