I'm afraid I may be losing my newlywed wife.

We met three years ago. What a blessing. She informed me early on that she had been diagnosed with NHL. That she had her spleen removed and been through rounds of chemo and had been in remission for four years before I met her. Also that her oncologist had full hopes that this should continue for close to 20 yrs. A year and a half ago 9-2-08, we got married on St. Thomas. Amazing. About seven months ago she noticed her lymphs in her neck had gotten larger. Not huge- just larger. Here we go, CT's, Rituxin. The glands went comletely away after the first initial 4 doses. Things seemed to be going as fine as they could be. Two weeks before Christmas the glands in her neck were back. About 3 weeks ago a gland on her right inner thigh close to the groin got larger than a golf ball almost overnight. From what researched we're looking at advanced SMZL. Are there any experiences out there? Treatment suggestions?
