I Have Experienced Loss

Hello All'
I have been posting on this site for many months now about my mom. (60 yrs old GBM) But I have also mentioned my neighbor who also had GBM. He (Chuck 56 yrs old) passed away today. I am so thankful I went to visit the day before yesterday and tell him what a true warrior he was and how proud I was of him. The neighbors were all there to say goodbye in such a lovely setting. Candles and music and tears. Lots and lots of tears but some for knowledege he no longer suffers. I told his partner that Chuck is soaring, he is not gone just somewhere else.I truly believe that. My heart is weary but I treasure the friendship I had and the compasion I gained during someone elses true heartache.

Dana...thank you for caring...you were an ambassador for us all and we so appreciate what you have done. I know you expressed condolences for us all.

I am so sorry to hear about Chuck. It is so sad. It must be hard on you to have this surfacing in your life in many places. My thoughts are with you my dear. It sounds like such a special and soulful space created for him.
