SOme experts says that krill oil is much better to use than fish oil. Well it has a much higher anti oxidant and Omega 3 than fish oil.

Ray, and Mike

Since I added 7,000 IU of Vitamin D a year ago, my PSA has gone down 30%. At the time my D level was 40 it is now at 61. All the research I have done on Vitamin D confirms this report. Vitamin D is critcal for cancer prevention and treatment. Without adequate levels of vitamin D your immune system won't activate your Killer cells, the T cells or helper cells.

Cheers

Dan

generally speaking most of us get 10 to 30 times more Omega 6 from our diets but we need to have a healthy balance between Omega 3 and Omega 6.

We can get Omega 3 from plant sources such as flaxseed, nuts, sunflower oil etc but the more efficient type of Omega 3 come from fish or sea food in general.  The Omega 3 from plant sources is ALA and the body has to take nutrients from other systems to form EPA & DHA.  These oils are needed to support brain and heart, assist the immune system and enable proper anti inflammatory levels.

The best sources come from deep, cold water, fatty fish but it has to be pure.  It is also important to consider the ecological balance when accessing the fish and taking krill may have a larger impact than initially thought.  The fish oil we take also needs to be effective, highly concentrated, very pure and safe.

Omega 3 is essential for health.  The body cannot make it so we have to have it in our diet or as a dietary supplement.
