Visible Breast Lump

I have a lump on my left breast that is visible. It is right off of a "dimple" that my dr said was "nothing". My under arm is also swollen. My question is I can SEE the lump, but I can't "find" it when I do an exam. Has anyone ever heard of this? I am unsure what to do since I can not feel it. I'm only 36. Should I wait a few months? By the way, had hyster so I do not experience monthly cycles anymore. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!! April

I know it's been some time since you posted however I hope you had a second opinion. Dr's are sometimes wrong especially in my case. I had made an appointment because I found a lump in my breast and my OBGYN told me to stop coffe and see her in 2 months. Well I got a second opinion that same month and found out I had cancer.  If I had waited 2 months my treatment would have been so much worse.  The cancer would have spread no doubt.  I am only 34 years old.
