nexavar-can you feel it working?

I began using Nexavar 3 weeks ago for metacized tumor from renal cell carcinoma.  My tumor was in my paratrachea and my left hip.  When I began taking the drug I could feel intense pain in all areas of my body that were weak.  Like the 2 tumors, my left leg that had been damaged in a car wreck and had nerve damage and in what we thought was tmj jaw and back of my neck.  The pain would last about 30-40 minutes after taking the drug and then left up.  The 2 week cat scan showed the paratrachea tumor had reduced by 7mm instead of the previous drug Afinitor of 4mm.  Then I had what seemed like a stroke but it was necrotic brain tumors that were putting pressure on my brain.  We stereostatic radiated those boogers out last week at methodist hospital in houston so I am have been getting back on my regular routine of medicine again.  I have gotten my nexavar back up to full dose and once again it gives me severe pain in my paratrachea, jaw, and back of head.  I now know the jaw is a 3cm necrotic mandible tumor and not tmj.  Am I the only one that feels when this drug goes directly to the tumor??
