Hi, just to update you all who have been following my dad's fight with brain tumors.

I had last posted a message called "Miracle. Read this."

You were all waiting to hear his MRI results. Well, after being given no hope from his doctors, I decided to start him on zeolite drops. He began to improve each day. He went from not even being able to sit up in bed by himself to working again in 3 weeks.

His MRI results are as follows:

In 6 weeks, his tumor has went from 7.1 cm to 6.4 cm.

He is in no pain, walks just fine, and is feeling great.

We are praying for the tumor to continue shrinking.

If anyone is out there who has run out of options, try the zeolite drops. I am not 100% sure if that's what is helping my dad, but it's worth a try. It was very weird how he only started to get better once he started these drops.

There is hope...please keep fighting...everyone.

I am SOOO happy to hear this. I've been coming to this message board everyday, hoping you will post something. :-)
Can you please give us more specifics about your dad's dosage? Have you increased it? Does he take it during chemo as well??
I am wishing you and your dad all the best!!!!

He took one drip of BCNU chemo in Feb. The Doctors gave it a 1 in 10 chance of even working, and were very straight forward with us in that the odds were that it wasn't going to work...that he wouldn't regain his walking skills and that his personality would change, etc..

A while after his first chemo shot ( 1 week?) I started giving him the drops. He started to get better within days. He's walking and is our same old dad! Plus, the chemo didn't even make him sick and his hair didn't fall out!

They do say to stop the drops 3 days before chemo and wait to take them again until 3 days after.

Sooo...he took his second chemo drip yesterday. I have also read that sometimes these drops can help the chemo be more effective. ?? Who knows...

Whatever it is, we'll take it!

My husband, 63 was dx GBM in Dec. 05. I started him on zeolite drops last month after his first round of double temodar following chemo and radiation. He was flattened for a week after the treatment but here 2 weeks later he is walking a mile each morning and evening. His appetite is back and he still gets tired but is doing amazingly well.

Hi Jaezy -
Thanks for more information. When you say "They say..." what do you mean? Have you read some articles or are you referring to your dad's doctor.
My dad has a Glioblastoma Multiform 4. He is currently going through chemo since radiation did not help according to the doctors. We have him also on Joanna Budwig Diet which is basically a healthy natural food vegeterian diet. The main part of the diet is flax seed oil consumed with cottage cheese. If you would like more info go to yahoo group it is call FlaxSeedOil2. My main concern is that this diet does not promote antioxidants which zeolite is. On the other hand, it helps to detox your body which Budwig diet is all about. Anyway, I will post a question to that forum to see what the response will be. In either case, I am open for anything and will be ordering zeolite and sending it to my dad who lives in Eastern Europe.
My question to you or anybody out there using zeolite: are you using any other special supplements or is your dad on a special diet? Thank you for any additional info you may provide.
And thank you again for continuing sharing your story with us. I can't emphasize how much it helps. I am wishing you, your family and your dad all the best.
THANK YOU!

Hi,

You were wondering who I meant when I said "They say..."

I have been in contact with a doctor (Not my dad's doctor) who works for the company that sells the drops. Also, I've done many hours of research on the Internet. So, when I say, "They" I guess that's who I mean. I was very cautious when we started these drops because I didn't want it to interact with his brain swelling meds and seizure meds. This man answered a lot of my questions and has been in contact with me through my dad's progress.

My dad is not on any special diet at this point, but I wish he would. He has, however, been taking organic flax seed oil for years as a supplement.

Anyway...good luck to your dad. I hope he gets good results, too.

Hi Jaezy - Thank you again for your prompt response. Any chance, you could provide me with a contact information for the doctor? I understand you would not want to publish his name on this forum, but perhaphs if you could send it to me via email which is --- Message edited by CancerCompass staff: for personal protection, email address removed. Hopefully the admin will not take it out from this message. We will see ... i may have to think of an alternative way to get it to you (provided, of course, that you and the doctor feel ok with sharing the name).

Have a great day!
Subject: Doctor Info.

Hi,

I will get ahold of the doctor and see if he minds if I give out his info. I just deleted his email a few days ago, and don't have it in my address book. I can get his phone number too.

I've never met him in person, but he's very friendly and has lots of knowledge on these drops.

How is your dad now? Is he having any problems?
Where is his tumor? How big? What treatments has he taken?

Talk to you soon.
