i have a lump on my testicle and it is actually attached to it. at first i didnt feel any discomfort but now a month on i feel slight discomfort on and off throughout the day. i also feel slight abdominal pain (but this is rare) plz help i am so worried. i also masturbate daily if this makes any difference. plz help

I would tell you to see a doctor asap for an mri and an ultrasound. my pain ended up being a malignant tumor, but caught very early
