while urinating tonight I noticed blood in the urine. This is the first time I noticed this .Every other time I urinated today it was normal.I would like to know if this has happened to anyone else who has had a neobladder operation . Nervously awaiting someones input into this matter.

Hi,

My dad had his baldder out and had spots of blood that were a result of a neo-bladder infection. I fouldnt worry tooo muuch just yet but do look into an infection.

Hi,
I had my bladder and prostate removed Jan 20, 2006. Since then, every once in awhile, I have spots of blood. My doctor said it is because of an infection, but he never tells me the kind of infection. I don't believe he knows. All my examinations prove positive.
