I hope everyone had a nice holiday!

I have an appointment with a Hematologist/Oncologist on December 2nd. I will let everyone know how it goes - I'm sure I'll probably have more questions either way.

Hi, I've noticed several of these online and since yours was in 2010 thought I'd write to see your outcome.

I've had the test recently and tested as Abornmal Protein Band 1 2.0 -- I am thinking it MIGHT have to do with a bacterial infection in my system. Will find further testing on Monday. Do you have any advice?

Hi Linna, please make sure your doctor runs serum immunofixation on you, have all your immunoglobulin numbers checked. Do you have any symptoms? Any problems with your feet? Debbie

Hi Lindsey, I was diagnosed with MGUS too last November, now gone to stage 1 Myeloma, just a silly question, the pain that you had in your back, how do you tell the difference between rib pain and just back pain from maybe a sore back etc! Its all very confusing, hey?
