i Need Inspiration From Survivors!!!

I am diagnosed as a stage 4..I am trying to recover from my complete gastrectomy surgery. It is very difficult both with the emotions running wild, and keeping up with the nutrition and eating etc.. I would really love to hear from people with stories of survivorship, and inspiration, to help keep me strong and fighting!!! Thank you all so much!!!! Sabina
