New findings the past 2-3 regarding Vit D and cancer prevention are remarkable
Vit D is a powerful steroid hormone in our body and not a vitamin at all. It plays a vital role in regulating our immune system, cell differentiation, and expression of genes
Studies and research are finding that more than 50% of all cases of cancer could be completely prevented if people just had proper levels of Vit D in their system, year-round
What are proper optimal levels? 50-80ng/ml they say. A simple Vit D test is needed, followed by supplementation which costs pennies a day
In the case of Breast and Colon cancers, they say upwards of 90% of these cancers could be prevented. This is remarkable, astonishing news. What say the American Cancer Society, or Susan G Komen? Mums the word. Sad
