Help With Side Effects From Radiation?

Subject: Help With Side Effects From Radiation?

My brother was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in 2003. He had surgery and radiation. Since his treatment, he has no control over his bladder and now no control over his bowels. Can anyone tell me if there is something that he can do for these side effects?
