My wonderful father passed away yesterday after a 5-month battle with EC.

My life will never ever be the same without my best friend.

Hi Amy, i am sorry to hear that your dad passed away. I know this is really a rough time for you. Your love ones should be there for you now. Think about all the wonderful things you did with your dad, when he was a alive, this will help with the grieving process.

I know how you feel, I lost my Dad 13 days ago aged 61. He had cancer with liver mets.

I ache as you do but they suffer no longer and are at peace now. Best Wishes

So sorry about your Dad. You certainly did everything you possibly could, so I hope you are able to find some peace in knowing that. I'm sure you have many wonderful memories of time spent with him to hold in your heart and help carry you through. There is nothing fair about EC.
