Subject: Head and Neck Cancer,. (nasopharyngeal) (swollen Lymph Nodes)

My wife is been taken xaloda for nasopharyngeal carsenoma cancer and swollen lymph nodes (she does not want radiation at all) sinse the past 12 months and lately is not working any more; is there anyone that is getting oral treatment for this type of cancer or knows anything about it?
I will appreciate anything; God Bless All Of You.
