Cervical Cancer

I have Stage IIIb Cervical Cancer and my recent PET Scan showed that 2 lymph nodes by the byfrication of my artia had decreased in size but still showed "up take" along with a new lymph node in my groin area. I am now being treated with 5FU, Luekovorin and Avastin. I have tried to find information about the studies associated with cervical cancer, but the only thing I can find information about is with colon-rectal cancer. Anyone aware of a website with this information

is There a Specialized Cancer Hospital in Your Area

I don't know about what research is being done, but much of the research is done out of highly specialized cancer treating hospitals. Out here in Los Angeles, we have City of Hope, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and NMorris Cancer in Los Angeles. There are other specialized cancer hospitals around the country. Your best bet would be to see what those facilities are doing. G
