My son was Diagonized with ALL 2001.I was so devastated that I was unable to ask The Drs alot of question and how the protocal they choose for him work.He was in remission second month of his treatment but Unfortuantely he relapsed after 54 months which Drs thinks is a good sign and he is not in high risk group.I have read about the disease since then and I'm alot most sure if i could have asked more question i would have cleared the doubts i have now.First of all ask the Drs about the chromosome defect you cousin has and then also what kind of Minimal residual disease(MRD) he has so that you can help the choose the right treatment protocal. These are very important plus all other alternative medicine out there to boost the chimo treatment.I could have done that when my son was treated first time but i didn't...so my advice is bring these issues with the Dr and don't be afraid to ask coz it is through asking that you're going to know whether what your cousin is being given is right for his age and weight of his body.I learnt that if Drs make a slight mistakes even with the proportions of the medication can risk recovary.I hope this helps and Good luck
God Bless

I just wanted to let everyone know that current studies are going on involving IV Vitamin C as a possible cancer treatment. Dr. Mark Levine of the NIDDK has researched some promising cases regarding IV Vitamin C. I believe this is something anyone with cancer should check into. There is alot of information on the history of IV Vitamin C use,and if you provide your oncologist with information he/she may consider it as an adjunct to conventional chemo.
Dr. Mark Levine is well respected among the medical community and his study is being taken seriously but lacks physician interest. Dr. Jeanne Drisko at Kansas University has recieved $375,000 to study the effectivness of IV Vitamin C on ovarian cancer patients.

Well, chat might be a problem cause we don't have the same time zone.

Can't you reply by email please?

By the way his latest test has no trace of blast cell and his cancer is Lymphoblastic.

Thnx again!
