Clarification Really Needed!

So, last year I had a colposcopy from an atypical pap that I was weary about with the doctor's accuracy. The results were neg. Now I just had a pap a year later which shows CIN II. This is from the pap reading. Does anyone know the chances of the colposcopy having a higher reading? I am really nervous about this! Please give me any info you can, or if you can just relate to what I am talking about! Thanks! M
