I am new to this board. I had a biopsy in 1998 on upper left arm, one week later had the wide exision, clarks level II, breslow was .56,,,,,

2 years ago I was dx with Multiple Sclerosis, and about 6 months ago with diabetes (I give myself Rebif injections 3 times a week for the MS) I take Avandia for the diabetes, I have other health problems, but my question is #1 is Rebif used for Melanoma? could it bring out a melanoma.

Two weeks ago I noticed a black spot (mole) on the tip of my labia, went to the dr. she said I have 2 of them, I am scheduled for a dermatologist appt and OBGYN. I had a complete hysterectomy in 1992, but have an a problem with soreness in the labia area for years.

I am in San Jose, CA

rebif is used for your MS. It is a type of interferon, but not the same type used to treat melanoma.
