Hello. My mother has taken Avemar and it is my understanding that it should be taken by itself, in the morning and that it should be taken a few hours apart from any other food supplements. Simultaneously administered vitamin C will also inhibit the product's effectiveness.
The original Hungarian product (Original Avemar) is now being sold as "Avemar AWGE." This is the authentic product and should not be confused with other products with similar names.
