Neuro-Endocrine Merkel Cell In Two Lymph Nodes/Neck

Subject: neuro-endocrine Merkel Cell in two lymph nodes/neck
Date: 09/30/2002
CAT, MRI, Octreotide, PET do not show a primary site. Doctors disagree on treatment. One says radical surgery, one says no surgery, no chemo but radiation. Third one says never do radiation on neck: "wait and see". Has anyone had a similar situation?
