Do i have testiculat cancer

I'm a 17 year old black male and i have an enlarged testicle, lower back pain and stomach pain. Is this testicular caner??

go and have it checked out better be safe than sorry, if it is anything untoward  and they check early enough you should be ok, I have just completed chemotherapy and operations, getting there now but is a slow journey

you are right in a way, I am waiting to go into remission with this testicular cancer hell and you do have to keep on top of this with this kind of thing, this is to anyone going through the same young or old as I had a nightmare....waiting game... when I was diagnosed with this dam cancer, in the end I called the hospital and advised this is my life, I am in pain and  STATE:- 'I NEED something doing NOW'  this is my life we are playing the waiting game on, they soon had appointments and scans etc within a week, so dont ignore this please be on top of them all times..
