I found a lump in april and my testicle grew bigger. I started feeling the symptoms like back pain etc. But the grain like lump has gone but my testicle is still enlarged and i'm still feeling the symptoms. Is this testicular cancer. Also i have heard its unheard of in black males and i'm black so does this mean i have the cancer or is the another explanation to my symptoms???

I would suggest you get your answer from a doctor. I'm sure Lance Armstrong would agree with me and I would look into the treatments he had.
