Vocal cord dysplasia

I've had precancerous lesions on my vocal cords for 6 years. I have had 3 surgeries and 1 KTP laser pulsing procedure to remove these lesions but they keep coming back. My speaking voice gets worse with each procedure. They had me scheduled for a PDL procedure last week at UCLA but the machine broke. I'm scared to get any more procedures, because if my voice gets any worse than it is now I won't have a voice left at all. But then, I do not want those lesions to become cancerous. I wonder if Avemar would help my precancerous lesions disappear. I want to be proactive before they turn into cancer, which I have been told they probably eventually will. If anyone knows any alternative, healthy way to get rid of the dysplasia, please share your suggestions with me. Thanks!
