How do lifestyle factors and exposure to environmental substances affect our cancer risk?

Trying to find out if this treatment could help my husband with his swallowing problems due to oral cancer. Has been cancer free since 2002 but is now getting aspiration pneumonia due to epiglottis not completely closing when swallowing. Would appreciate knowing if anyone has used this. Thanks.
