Please help me. The other day I injured myself lifting something and my right testicle became enlarged. It is swollen and today I noticed what appeared to be a lump on it. I have actually been scrupulous at checking myself and have never noticed anything before recently. I have had quite a few infections down that direction, pelvis, prostate et cetera, and it seems as though they travel around my body and go into hiding as it were. I have been to many, many doctors and they have never gotten things right, so to speak. I am very scared, especially because of the policy of doctors to castrate first and then ask questions later. Could I have injured myself, caused swelling and an infection that was present move into my testicle? The right side of my pelvis had been bothering me anyway for several days before that happened and I thought maybe it was an infection or an injury as it had been. It appears the mass is right above my testicle. As before, I've had problems with doctors for many years, and that worries me right there. How do I get doctors to not automatically castrate me? How do I get treatment other than automatic castration? Hernia, perhaps? I'm over 35. Thank you.
