My mum is undergoing treatment for stomach cancer and had to miss a chemo treatment because of low WBC counts. When the counts get very low, she has been getting growth factor shots to increase counts.

I was wondering if there are any natural ways to increase WBC counts throuhg diet etc to increase the time between growth factor shots?

My family's been taking 10,000 iu daily of Vit D3 the last 2 yrs. Blood calcium has been in normal range, no signs of over doing it. For someone dealing with C, the daily amount will probably need to be several times this amount. One of the safest supplements you can take, in large doses, being fat soluble
