My husband, 48 years old, had stage 4 pancreatic cancer with mets to liver. He has been on gemcitabine since last Aug, now told it is not working, he has increased lesions on his liver and a new lesion on his spine. They want to start him on capecitabine oral chemo. Any info from anyone taking this med would be greatly appreciated.
