Since this is a cancer forum,  I will stick to just cancer.  We have had life changing results with Reliv for all of our health issues and seen results in others in everything mentioned in these posts.

My husband had Carcinoid Cancer in 1998.  It was in his intestines, 8 lymph nodes, and his liver.  After surgery everthing was fine for awhile.

His marker jumped up 2 years ago and he knew he was in trouble.  Thank God for RELIV.  He takes the Basic Classic, INnergized, Fibrestore, and ProVantage.  He is doing FANTASTIC! We feel so blessed to have found Reliv.

Beware that there are people on this forum that do not have cancer and have never been caregivers that are unethical and are taught to tear down Reliv and recruit to LIfe Force.

Please be careful.!. Listen to us who have had results with Reliv and cancer, not those that are trying to promote and sell their product on this forum who haven't had cancer.

God Bless You All!

I was in Reliv for about two years and heard a lot of people who'd been helped with using Reliv for their cancers and other serious health issues, so don't give up.  It's not a miracle cure so yes, there have been some who didn't live using it.  They definitely don't make health claims that it'll cure.  Also in answer to not being able to keep it down, I haven't had chemo, but I can imagine it's hard to keep anything down.

But with that said, I have to admit, I'm in another company that I like better called Life Force International that doesn't have synthetics in their products like Reliv does.  Their main product, Body Balance, has aloe vera and sea vegetables which is very healing and helps our cells communicate.

Dr. Blobel won a Nobel Prize for finding that our cells "bump" into each other unless they have have special sugars called glyconutrients to help cells talk to each other.  It's liquid and taste like a flat cherry pop so may be easier for you to take.  It's worth a look since it's not a juice or pill supplement.  It's all organic and they give away a free quart for the $7.95 shipping.

And just like Reliv, they have folks who've been helped using it.

"that doesn't have synthetics in their products like Reliv does"

Reliv doesn't have 'synthetics' in their products - where did you get that idea from?

Reliv absolutely positively has synthetics in it.  And tons of sugar and artificail sweetners in it.  Where did I get the information...from Reliv Corporate when I looked at the ingredients on the can and read thier patent.  Wanna know what else...it is NOT a food.

I am a bit curious about the reliv program.  I have been taking reliv for  about 3 weeks now, I finished up with this round of chemo in April.  I have taken chemo treatments for 5 years now for ovarian cancer.  I was interdosed to reliv about 4 months ago.  I tried to start reliv while on chemo and was unable to take, it just was too much of a change for my system.  I have been on calls with my sponor, and when my body tells me anything negative while I'm taking the product, my sponor keeps informing me its not the reliv.

I have listen to many testimonies given by people who have had cancer, to be honest they all sound like a paid commerical at the end of the call.  I don't want to be a negative person.  But I would like to know the facts about this product.  If it was all that these people say, looks like the whole world would be on reliv and live forever.  Is there anyone who has passed away while taking reliv?

I think if there's someone out there like myself who has just started the program, that I can speak with, instead of someone who has been on the program longer and they forget what they experience when first taking reliv, would help keep someone on the program

Dear Curious:

I too recently started Reliv.  I have been taking it for 3 1/2 months.

I have an untreatable, uncurable bone infection that I have almost died from 19 times since 2000. I have lost 3 total knees and faced a scheduled amputation on at list 12 occassions. I have been on endless cemo that has almost killed me. And I have Polio.

Since I started Reliv.: My immunity system has improved- I can now be around people. I can go shopping in Grocery stores and I don't come home and get sick right away or at all now.  I have been off of chemo for 3 months now and I take 4 to 6 shakes of reliv classic or now with Energize daily. We did not labs again to day (a weekly occurrance) and all of my labs are normal.  I don't mean ok.  I mean for the first time since 2000 my SED rate is 3. My white count is 9, 200. My red blood count is 7.0 which is great for me and I now have no positive cultures for MRSA, MSSA in the bone, muscle, tissue, or blood.  The doctors said this could never happen.

I am 1 year out of this latest bout with the infection. I now have hope.

I can't say reliv will work this way for you.  I am not trying to be a sales person. I am trying to reach into my heart and tell you what a miracle this is being for me.

I was completely antiobiotic resistant and had developed centeral nervous system toxiciity when taking any antiobiotics.

Now, I don't have to depend on takeing an antibiotic every day that makes me so sick I can't get out of bed.

I work about 3 to 4 hours a day on my business. I am able to clean my house.

The best result I can tell you about is I had neck surgery 3 weeks ago. My spinal cord was 90% compressed. The doctors said because of the MRSA in the bone, the neck would not be able to heal.

Well, The bones are already healed. I still wear the brace to protect it but I take care of my flower garden, I drive, I work, I am piece by piece picking my life back up.

August 13, 2007, I will go in for one more surgery. I will have a total knee replacement for the 4th time. I think Relive will made a definate differance, in how I heal, I how I rehab and in how rapidly this occurs. Please feel free to email me. kmphillips@kc.rr.com

Take care of you.

Please do your research and learn more about the ingredients in Reliv.  There are synthetics and sugar and artificial sweetners.  Also become educated about consuming large amounts of soy...and sythetics.  I have info on both if you you would like.  Google is a great resource too.  There are other nutrtional products out there that are safer, cheaper and lesser expensive.  I have looked into 17-18 so far (I loose count) and am happy to share what I have found.  I was amazed.  After what I have learned, I would never take Reliv again.  There is enough contiversy out there about the ingredients in Reliv products to warrant caution.

I am here to help answer questions and concerns if I can.

My husband had cancer that returned two years ago.  He has had wonderful results with the Reliv Basic Classic.  We thank God every day for Reliv.  It's just the best nutrition you can put in your body.  I believe for cancer it's the best there is.

I don't understand some of the bashing here, but whatever has worked for someone, whatever it is, is a blessing. Be happy for them. I have had cancer twice, and my doctor thought it looked like I was heading for a 3rd. I was diagnosed with Lupus several years ago, and my health had been deteriorating rapidly. I have been in the hospital for numerous surgeries and in constant pain with infections. I have tried many products and supplements as a lot of people have, and I have experienced some positive results. I have to say; however, that the Reliv product has really made a great difference in my overall health. My chronic bronchitis has cleared after 3 years, my chronic urinary tract infections I've had since I was a teenager has cleared, along with numerous other health issues related to Lupus. If you have doubts or questions and don't trust a distributor, which I can understand, why not investigate further the head of each company you might have an interest in. I wouldn't bother with hate sights or frivolous claims. You might also contact the companies and ask about their ingredients, etc.

Reliv is not a cancer supplement but a food supplement that gives the body the nutrition it needs to heal itself. It is good for many different illnesses and prevention.I have been using it for about 7 months and have got amazing results with fibromyalgia,CFS,IBS and migraines. My step-mom has kidney cancer, she had one of her kidneys removed almost 2 yrs ago and never recovered from the surgery. She just had no energy, had trouble keeping anything down even water at times, and just felt horrible. She is feeling much better since taking reliv and is not spending so much time in bed......themommie

Hello themommie & all others helpers, I am helping & consulting with a friend abroad who has bladder cancer: her bladder is scheduled for removal in a month. She just started using Reliv last week. Working for Reliv Nutrition, I have been exposed to many people using Reliv Nutrition during or after breast cancer treatment but none with bladder cancer. Because I just saw what you mentioned in your message about your step mom and her bladder cancer, I believe this could be great encouragement & info. for my friend. Could you give me a little more detail about how she started and what she experienced? You can also contact me directly. I am myself a Reliv user, I really love the results, and have been allergies free for two years now! Thank you so much for your feedback and precious help for my friend.

Hi,

I saw your question about reliv.  I have only been taking it for one month now but already I have great results!  I HAVE DEGENERTIVE DISC DISEASE, LUPUS, OSTEO ARTHRITIS AND RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS, AS WELL AS FIBRAMUALGIA AND 6 DIFFERENT CONNECTIVE TISSUE DISEASES.

I was supposed to have a total knee replacement , but now I don't hve to. It seems my body is creating a gel like cushion between the once grinding bones. I have energy now, where as before I was extremely fatigue. It takes 90 days for cells to completely turn over, so I wasn't expecting results yet. It truly is a life saver for me. I saw the other person's answere, I wonder if they took it long enough? Don't give up! I nknow of a man who had an inoperatible lumbar tumor and after 4 months the tumor shrunk up and he is now cancer free. He also had 3 little children to live for so he wasn't about to give up hope. Thank goodness he didn't!  Reliv really helped him and it will help you too. I am not a sales rep for the product, but I feel it is my mission in life to tell everyone I can what it has done for me. Please feel free to email me for more info.  Beth

I am happy to give you information, coming from someone who took Reliv but after doing research decided to stop due to what I found.

REliv is not the only nutritional product out there.  The key is optimal nutrition...Reliv is not the end all be all.  There is much to learn.

I will help if I can.
