HPV high risk

Hi ! I have a relly important question for me, please anyone help me because I am confuse and do not know much about. Like 3 years ago i did a pop test and my HPV high risk was positive and abnormal cells ,the doctor suggest me to do the biopsy but i didnt have incurence that time Nd she told me come back in 6 month. So after 6 month I came already pregnant and when she took the pop test my HPV was negative and cells was normal.I had a very good pregnancy and normal delivery on time. After my pregnancy i cheked every year as normal and everything was the same, perfect, only a yest infection. Maybe in two month ago i had a followed appoitment, i did a pop test and my results came with HPV high risk non16/18 positive and abnormal squamous cell with undertermint significance? What does it mean? And than I did a biopsy and my results came Sample1: Moderate to severe dysplasia cin 2/3with endocervical glands involmentt Sample2: benign endoservical tissue Sample3: Benign endocervical glands and early secretory endometrium.So and what does it mean. Please help me someone I want to live normally as usual and have more cheldren. My doctor sceduled me for LEEP surgery.Can i have children after?, and according to this results what tipe of HPV i have? Is that transfered?and can i transfer to my doughter? And should my husband be treated? I am sorry for a lot of questions, but i am so fricked out(,Sorry for gramma mistakes, hope its understandable)Thank you!
