How do I repost a discussion ?

I am so new to this site I wrote out a discussion for the melanoma site but don't see it? Someone replied but I think I may have posted it on the wrong page would really like to post here on the melanoma site to get feedback. Is there a way to repost without re-typing? Sorry I know this is a lame question :(
