can liver metastasis occur during taking TARCEVA in stage 4 NSCLC???

Hi,

my  husband  is suffering  from stage 4 NSCLC from 2009 . He  started  taking  Tarceva  from January 2012..on the  report of  CT  scan befor  starting tarceva he  had  metastasis  in  his  both  lungs, abdomen , vertebrae &  brain...for  brain radiation is  done  on November 2011....after  starting  Tarceva  we've  done  CT  scan  on  3rd  May,2012...we  got  the  report  yesterday....that  shows there  is  no  sign  of  tumour  in  left  lungs,  right  lungs  tumour  is  also  reduced  in  size,  there  is also  some  lesion in  vertebrae.....but   the   new  thing  , there  is  1.3   cm   new   lesion in  left  side  of  liver.....according   to  this  report  my  husband  is  really   improving  except  this  new  lesion  in  liver.....could   anyone  taking   tarceva  tell  me  why  this  new  lesion??   doctor   says   tarceva  doesn't   work  through  whole   body.....is   it   true......plz   reply   if   u   know   anything   about  it.....

My darling is just starting tarceva this month so we are also anxious to know news ....glad all the others are improving!!! We also do natural treatments therapy any &all researched centered on Dr Gerson adding flaxseed, whole veg foods, B-17 so on &so forth. David's already has one small in liver only place other than lung...so hoping to minimize all. Suggest you read Gerson.org theory to stimulate liver to move toxins out faster avoiding time for tumor to settle down there while speedily flushing body all over since lymph cleans cancer dumping into liver to feed Colen to empty with thru bile duct. Any info appreciated in return....
