Anal Cancer-Squamous Cell Carcinoma

My wife has had three primary cancers, liver, anal and lung, as well as one metatasis from the liver to the lung and two recurrences of the anal cancer.  We have used 5FU/Cisplatinum as our chemo protocol and have used radiosurgery to eliminate tumors.  It does not appear that the chemo has been effective and we are searching for a new protocol.  Other drugs which we are considering include: Etoposide, Gemcitabine, Irinotecan and Topotecan (Hycamtin).  Is anyone familiar with trials or other studies which have identified potential drugs for anal cancer from squamous cell carcinoma?  I can be reached at
