Losing Weight after Radical Nephrectomy

I had a radical nephrectomy of my left kidney a couple of years ago after being diagnosed with stage 3 RCC. Before that time I was very athletic and in rather good shape. Since the surgery and being cleared to workout again I have found it almost impossible to lose weight. I have adjusted my diet accordingly and watch what I eat (eating very clean). I workout at least 5 days a week, doing more cardio then resistance work to begin with. My weight has not waivered in either direction and I have been on my program for over a month an a half.

Has anyone else had this type of issue or difficulty? If so, what did you do to get results? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
