I have a brain tumor...its touch and go and I have my support network. I recently found someone...I love her...completely. Waited half my life to find her. A part of me feels guilty because if I lose my battle with this....what will that do to her?! Am I being fair in having her in my life...only to possibly take it away from her. She knows and says she can deal with it but am I being fair?

JMHO but as long as you have been honest with this woman about your medical condition, why not persue a relationship? None of us are guaranteed tomorrow. We could have a heart attack lurking in the shadows or get hit by a bus. Make the most of your time together. Best wishes for your relationship and prayers for your good health. Irene

I was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer on 2nd October 2006 and married less than 3 months later - my husband knew that my chances of survival were very slim - I am still here and we have a 1 and 2 year old now - do not let love pass you by.
