CLINICAL DATA 1 Thoracic bony cage & sofï tissues are normal. Both axilla are clear. Retrosternal space is clear. Anteriorjunction line is in midline Heart & great rnediastinal vessels appear normal. Small nodular densities are seen in prevascular, pretraeheal & left paratracheal region. -Ill defined soft tissue opacity is seen in left hilar I suprahilar region & extending anterior segment of left upper lobe with air bronehogram. ln addition, ill defined nodular opacity is also seen in left lower lobe. They are associated with mild pleural reaction on left side. -Rest of the lung fields show normal broncho vascular pattern. Right Pleural space is clear Tracheo - bronchial trcc & esophagus appears normal IMPRESSION: Ill defined soft tissue lesion in left hilar I suprahilar region, extending to left upper iobc -'? Ncoplastic I ? Dense consolidation. Ill defined nodules in lower lobe & mild left pleural reaction. Advice: Clinical & histopathological correlation.
