i was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of the pancreaseut at in nov following 3 months of treatment for severe blood clots. i had 2 pulmonary embolis,both legs full of clots,greenfield filter placed and severe reactions to the coumadin. finally noted on a cat scan that there was a cyst on the tail of my pancrease. endogastric biopsy showed the adenocarcinoma. surgery in nov for removal of 40% of pancrease(tail) all of the spleen and 21 lymph nodes that made the surgical and pathological a stage 3.I made some different choices than some of your discussions have made but at 7 months out i am doing quite well. thank you
