How do lifestyle factors and exposure to environmental substances affect our cancer risk?

I'm looking for recipes for nutritous smoothies that can go in the peg tube for my husband. We use the glucerna, pedialyte, and instant carnation breakfasts, but would like something different, perhaps with fresh fruit. Thanks

You can make about anything into a smoothie! It just has to be thin enough and finely seived - no bits of anything. Also, remember that a lot of air will be incorporated into it as it's blended so let it sit a bit to deflate. I geared them to be high calorie and with an extra bump of potassium - something my husband ran low on. I used Ensure as the base liquid and threw in some protein powder too - then thinned it with milk, juice or broth. Google "feeding tube recipes" for several sites.
