I am so sorry for your lost. I lost my mother in 82 to lung cancer. To this day I still miss her. Celebrate the wonderful memories you had together. Hang on to those memories. I can now laugh when thinking about some of the things that we shared together. I know that is how my mother would want it.

corab I am so sorry you have lost your Mom.
There are times my sons and I have thought: can't wait to get home and tell Dad/Phil something. Then the realization hits that we can't and it's so painful.
I think your Mom would want you to remember her by doing something special for yourself or another person. That way her love continues. Hugs irene

Celebrate her birthday! Do something you would enjoy doing yourself. Have a drink or two in her name...put flowers on her grave (or where ever she is)...celebrate your love for her...never forget that she would want you to go on and be happy. I am so sorry for your loss. Regards! Kris

My mother lost her battle with kidney cancer on June 13th. She was sick only 4 months. Sometimes I lose my breath with the realization that she is gone. I hope and pray the day will come when her final days will not be so clear in my mind and I can remember all of our good times prior to her diagnosis is February. I feel like I am in a fog.
