Great News Today:-)

It has been a long day but when you got such good news out of it....it is all so worth while after all. Steve had such a GREAT & AWESOME news at his Doctor's appt. at University Of Washington Medical today. Dr. Mrugala walked in the room with a GREAT SMILE on his face and told us that Steve's MRI came out very good & Clear:-) So PRAYERS & this New Treatments works!!!We are sooo thankful for the good news today after so many months of going through very rough Bumpy Roads. My husband had Brain Surgery on January 30th and 4 days later we got the Terrible news he has GBM stage 4!! His  1st round of Treatment of 7 weeks long Radiation & He was on Tumdar that didn't work. So he is on a new round of Treatment of Avastin & Carboplatin. Praise The Lord for such good news today!!!

Thanks for your reply. Yes it was such wonderful news yesterday after so many months of going through difficult times, fear & frustrations of dealing with this Monster we called Cancer.!! This whole thing started the day my husband had that Grand Mall Seizure November of 2011. He is still going to continue with the Avastin & Carboplatin......actually he is going in for those drips today. He will go for MRI in 6 weeks & follow up with his Neouro Oncologist Specialist up at UW Medical Center. Will keep you & your wife in our prayers also.

Thanks Sally! He will continue with Avastin & Carboplatin. His Oncologist told us yesterday he will continue to with treatments but didn't tell us how long more. He will have another MRI in 6 weeks & followup with his Oncologist up at UW Medical.

Great to hear from you Sally! Praying for you & your boys. After we got home from my husband's appt on Wednesday, we all went out to dinner to celebrate the wonderful news. Our 15 year old  & 9 year old sons were both happy to hear Dad's good MRI news.
