Has anyone else had this happen and could not continue treatment? After only 1 treatment of Fulfirinox my hubby developed rigors attacks and 103 fever. They are trying to determine the exact type of staph infection. Nightmare ontop of a nightmare.

Did your husband have a stent put in? My husband had sepsis twice from a plastic stentin his bile duct.

No, his PC is not in the bile duct region. It is in the tail. They still do not know the cause of the sepsis.
Did they allow your hubby to continue chemo?

It is not a staph infection. Is an infection of the GI tract. He is receiving IV antibiotics.
