While we did not have gamma knife surgery, our surgeon thought highly of it in certain cases. A lot depends on the size and location of the tumor. If it is small and near the outer edges of the skull, I hear that it is effective (again, location means a lot because some areas are more crucial than others.) I wish you the best.
