Hepatitis and Anemia as a Result of Chemotherapy

My mother underwent a hysterectomy to remove endometrial cancer one year ago, but it had already spread to a couple of lymph nodes. She waited a long time before starting chemo, and after undergoing 3 months of chemotherapy that reduced the cancer by up to 50%, she had to interrupt because she suffered hepatitis and anemia as side effects of it. The hepatitis is now gone but the anemia goes on. Now she is complaining of pain in the stomach and she eats without apetite. I am worried that the pain would indicate that the cancer has spread to her stomach. How likely is this? Or is it normal after chemo? Any ideas? suggestions?
