I Found A Lump

Subject: i Found a Lump

I found a lump right next to my clitoris(spell). In the sape of a foot ball about one inch.like a pinky nail. Shape..... I am 38.. Should i be concerned??? Maybe a gland swallen or something? Has anyone aver heard of any kind of cancer, like this? South.
