I follow this diet for my autoimmune diseases. It works. They and cancer follow the same initial pathways. If I can do it your brother can do it. Unfortunately reversing cancer would take time. You can't judge the diet in a few days. It will take weeks to see remission. At first just hope for slowed progression.

This dietary advice stands apart from any medical advice or treatment your brother may seek or receive.

It sounds like your brother has an intrahepatic cancer tumor.

He is going to need much more than nutritional/supplements to deal with this cancer.
