We did folfirinox for 11 rounds, no evidence of spread on CT, went to try the nanoknife but when they looked with the laparoscope, there were implants on the liver and stomach...now what?

This sounds terribly alarming! Are you saying prior to treatments, the cancer was localized to the pancreas with no metastatic disease? If this is the case it seems the disease has become resistant to Folfirinox and other options to eradicate the mets to the liver and stomach need to be explored without hesitation. This is something your oncologist should have provided for you. Are you saying they did not offer any recommendations? How extensive are these mets currently? I'm assuming since you tolerated 5 or more cycles of Folfirinox, you should have the ability to move forward with a different combination of drugs that can stop the spread. Don't lose hope.
