scan tomorrow and scared

I have a scan tomorrow since my last one in May. I was told by my doctor that I can come now every 6 months. I am so nervous because I have been not feeling that good.

My bloodwork was done in November and tumor markers were great, but I know with this disease it can change so quickly.

I'll be thinking & saying prayers for you tomorrow! Each time its time for a new scan it is frightening. I know, I go next week too. God Bless you & may your scan show NED!!

I know exately how you feel, I also have a scan tomorrow, I also havn't been feeling good since New Year, I am hoping it is due to pushing my self to hard during the holidays, shopping, entertaining. Lets hope we both get good results and continue to fight this desease.

I have mass in the pancreatic head with mets to the liver and nodes, dx September 2011 began folfirinox Nov.2011 16 sessions, by last June it had shrunk 30%, no tratment since then just scans every three months, I am now waiting for results from yesterday, not quite as optimistic some cramping and soreness in the area, hoping and praying.

Could they consider low dose maintenance dose or do they never do that?  Look into dietary too, as in anti-cancer foods, and foods that are riskier like animal proteins/fats.
