My Mom (87) has been told she probably has tongue cancer and is not geting a biopsy until Jan 21 2013. Because of the holidays she put off getting the biopsy until now. The pain is so bad she is not eating or drinking and taking canker rinse for the pain. I am out of town but my brother is going to PA to talk to her doctor. Does anyone know of a medication or rinse that will take away the pain that he can ask the doctor about. Thank you for any advice you can give.

Hi - they gave me a prescription and called it magic mouth wash. It comes like cough syrup. Will help. Hope this is enough info for now. Good luck and God Bless ya'll.
